MU OET 2015 Counselling, seat allotment

Manipal University will organize and conduct MU OET 2015 Counselling in multiple phases. The counselling will tentatively be held in the first week of August 2015. Shortlisted candidates enlisted in the Merit list will be eligible to participate in the Manipal UGET 2015 Counselling. Such candidates will be required to make their option preferences for the desired colleges and course.

List of Documents Required for Manipal UGET 2015 Counselling

Candidates will be required to bring the below mentioned documents in original along with one set of photocopy to attend the Counselling of Manipal UGET 2015:

• Manipal UGET 2015 e-Hall Ticket
• Mark sheet of class XII and Class X Mark sheet (as proof of Date of Birth)
• Conduct and Character certificate obtained by the principal of the School/College last attended.
• Transfer certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College last attended
• Four recent & identical color passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph.

Important Instructions to attend MU OET 2015 Counselling

• Candidate must personally attend the counselling
• Any candidate who will be unable to attend the Manipal University 2015 Counselling in- person due to any reason will be permitted to send his/her representative with an authority letter
• On reporting at the counselling venue, you will be required to fill the registration form at the registration counter.
• You will also be required to fill your choices of colleges and courses
• After getting the seat allotted, candidates will be required to remit the 1st year fees immediately

Important Instructions for reporting at the allotted college

• After getting seat the allotment and the allotment order, fee payment receipt will be issued to the candidates. After which candidates will be required to report for admission at the allotted college/institute
• The academic session will commence in August 2015.

Manipal UGET 2015 Counselling Fees

• Candidate will be required to pay the counselling fee on reporting at the counselling venue
• The fee is to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft of worth Rs.2, 35,000/-and Rs.11, 000/- (i.e. Registration fee – Rs. 10,000 + Processing fee Rs. 1,000). The Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of ‘Manipal University’ payable at Manipal or Udupi.
• After seat allotment, candidates will have to deposit the demand draft of said Rs.2, 46,000. (Details above).
• Candidates who will be opting for waitlist will be required to submit the demand draft of Rs. 11, 000/- .
